Concrete Canoe Competition
The concrete canoe is sponsored by
ASCE and Master Builders. Student design, research and build a
concrete canoe strong enough to race and light enough to pass
the swamp test. The canoe is completely submerged underwater and
must float to the surface 6 inches out of the water. Scoring is
based on a technical paper, oral presentation, final product of
canoe and the races.
